Vehicle safety is a central consideration throughout the entire development process. This predicates the safeguarded functionality of each component and module and the overall system as parts of a vehicle, including all their interactions. Many national and international rules have to be complied with and compliance documented and the functionality of the overall system ensured over the entire service life. Rücker employs a lot of test and validation equipment e.g. environmental simulation (temperature, climate, sun), when required with simulated superimposed oscillation. Oscillatory and acoustic testing of entire vehicles and plant is carried out using state-of-the-art acoustics test benches. The same applies to component testing from design via construction to trials. Rücker’s experienced staff guarantee long-term functionality of sub-systems and the test driving of complete vessels.
