Declaration of compliance with the German Corporate Governance Code per § 161 AktG (Germany Companies Act)
The boards of management and supervision of a publicly quoted company declare annually per § 161 Aktiengesetz (AktG) that they have complied with the recommendations published by the Federal German Ministry of Justice in the official part of the electronic Federal German Gazette of the "German government commission on a Corporate Governance Code" and will continue to do so and which recommendations have not been/will not be applied.
